Shipping holds a standard time frame of 5-7 Business Days. Unless specified through our social media accounts, the only time there might be a delay is limited drops during the season. Once shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email of tracking. The standard shipping is USPS Ground or Priority service.
Shipping time is longer than the regular shipping method. Due to customs, You can expect your package in 2 or 3 weeks from the day we shipped it. Canada Delivery tends to make it in less than 2 weeks. Buyers may be subject to pay taxes or duties on the items being shipped.
LOST / RETURNED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for tracking down your package once we upload your tracking number. If the address given when placing the order is invalid, it will be returned to us. The buyer will be issued a new bill for the cost to reship the package to the correct address. If it is lost, please contact your local USPS to follow up.
